FULLNESS OF LIFE MISSION (FOLM) is a Christian, Faith-based nonprofit organization founded on the conviction that every person is created in the image of God and deserves dignity, love, protection, justice, compassion, and the opportunity to experience a full and meaningful life.

At FOLM, this is what we believe:
1. The Holy Scriptures:
We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired, authoritative, and trustworthy Word of God, given for teaching, correction, instruction in righteousness, and guidance for faith and conduct. We accept the Scriptures as the foundation of our beliefs, values, mission, and ethical responsibilities. 2Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21, Psalm 119:105
2. The One True God:
We believe in one sovereign, eternal, and indivisible God, who has revealed himself to humanity as the Father in creation, the Son in redemption, and the Holy Spirit in His saving and transforming work. We believe that Jesus Christ is the one true God manifested in flesh, fully God and fully human, and that the fullness of the Godhead dwells in Him bodily. Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 9:6; Isaiah 43:10-11; John 1:1, 14; John 10:30; John 14:9; Colossians 2:9; 1Timothy 3:16; and 2 Corinthians 5:19.
3. The Church and Christian Organization:
We believe that the Church is the body of Christ, called to proclaim the Gospel, make disciples, demonstrate God’s love, serve humanity, and advance God’s Kingdom. Christian faith must be demonstrated through practical love and service to people in need. Therefore FOLM seeks to express the Gospel through compassionate action, humanitarian service, community development, advocacy, and empowerment. 4. Human Dignity and the Protection of Vulnerable People:
We believe that every human being is created in the image of God and therefore possesses inherent dignity and worth. We are particularly committed to protecting children and other vulnerable people from abuse, exploitation, violence, neglect, discrimination, and injustice. Genesis 1:26-27; Proverbs 31:8-9; Psalm 82:3-4; Mathew 18:5-6; James 1:27.
5. Compassion for the Poor and Vulnerable:
We believe that Christians are called to demonstrate genuine compassion towards the poor, hungry, sick, displaced, oppressed, and marginalized. FOLM therefore seeks to address both immediate humanitarian needs and the underlying causes of vulnerability and poverty through holistic and sustainable interventions. 6. Holistic Wellbeing and Fullness of Life:
We believe that God’s desire is for people to experience holistic wellbeing, including spiritual, physical, emotional, social, and economic wellbeing. FOLM therefore addresses the interconnected needs of communities through programs involving health, nutrition, WASH, child protection, livelihoods, education, environmental conservation, climate resilience, and humanitarian assistance. 7. Empowerment, Work and Self-Reliance:
We believe that people and communities should be empowered to develop their God-given abilities, resources, skills, and opportunities to overcome poverty and build sustainable livelihoods. Rather than creating dependency, FOLM seeks to strengthen resilience, entrepreneurship, skills development, food security, savings, sustainable agriculture, and economic opportunities. Deuteronomy 8:18; Proverbs 14:23; 2Thessalonians 3:10; Ephesians 4:28.
8. Stewardship of God’s Creation:
We believe that the earth belongs to God and that humanity has a responsibility to care for, protect, and wisely manage God’s creation. FOLM therefore promotes environmental conservation, climate resilience, sustainable agriculture, tree planting, responsible natural-resource management, and environmentally sustainable livelihoods. 9. Justice, Peace and Reconciliation:
We believe that God calls His people to pursue justice, defend the vulnerable, promote peace, forgive, reconcile, and work toward communities where people can live safely and with dignity. FOLM therefore promotes social inclusion, peacebuilding, reconciliation, protection, and peaceful coexistence among communities. Micah 6:8; Isaiah 1:`17; Mathew 5:9; 2Corinthians 5:18-19
10. Care for Refugees, Forced Immigrants and Displaced Persons:
We believe that strangers, refugees, displaced persons, and migrants should be treated with compassion, dignity, fairness, and hospitality. FOLM seeks to provide appropriate humanitarian, protection, livelihood, health, WASH, psychosocial, and community-support interventions to people affected by displacement and crisis. 11. Integrity, Accountability and Stewardship:
We believe that Christian organizations must be characterized by honesty, transparency, accountability, faithfulness, and responsible stewardship. FOLM seeks to maintain appropriate governance, financial management, safeguarding, monitoring, evaluation, and accountability systems and shall use all resources entrusted to it responsibly and solely for its charitable purpose. 12. Partnership and Servant leadership:
We believe that meaningful and sustainable transformation is strengthened through partnership, collaboration, humility, and servant leadership. FOLM seeks to collaborative with churches, communities, government institutions, civil society organizations, development partners, donors, and other stakeholders while maintaining its Christian identity, independence, and accountability. 13. Hope and Transformation:
We believe that God is the source of hope and transformation and that no person or community should be regarded as beyond restoration. FOLM therefore works toward lasting transformation by combining Christian compassion, professional development practice, community participation, empowerment, and sustainable solutions. FOLM is committed to putting faith into action. We seek to serve with humility, protect with integrity, empower with purpose, and develop communities sustainably.
Our Christian faith does not merely inform what we believe, it determines how we serve.
We therefore commit ourselves to follow the examples of Jesus Christ by loving God, loving our neighbors, defending the vulnerable, serving those in need, caring for God’s creation, promoting justice and peace, and working toward the restoration of individuals and communities.
